Buffet Menus/ Booking Details
A little bit about our food...
We have sourced all of our ingredients as locally as possible. Any meats that we use are provided by the award-winning Ellison's Butchers in Cullingworth. Our fish produce comes from Osprey fishmonger, who is at Bingley market every Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. The fresh salad and vegetable produce comes from Bingley market fruit and veg stall or St James's market in Bradford. And Melvyn Davies bakery in Cottingley supplies our bread.
All of our meals may contain a trace of nuts. Our fish dishes may contain bones, however we do our best to keep them out. To our best knowledge, we do not use any genetically modified food.
